Since 2000 I have been performing at weddings and private parties/corporate events as my parents and grandmother did before me.  The biggest lesson I have learned is that my own enjoyment is dependent upon how happy the client is.  Whether it is a wedding ceremony or a backyard party, I aim to simply add to the environment without taking away from what I am there to support.
